Refund Policy
1. Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at fcanasjimenez@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. The item must be shipped to the return address provided upon approval of your return request.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product and confirmed that it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued for the product price minus the original shipping cost.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
